Vessel remained as a houseboat until 1998 and hardly sailing for at least 5 years prior.

Thereafter used as a sailing yacht for daily trips with previous & present owner as skippers onboard.

Hull resprayed dark blue in 2003.

Vessel extended with the insertion of a sugar scoop at stern by 3 feet in 2003
